About The Position

Harmony Senior Services is seeking an experienced Painter based around the Savannah, Georgia area to handle painting needs at its Harmony at Savannah community. The role involves preparing surfaces, applying paint and other finishes, and completing projects to high standards. Candidates should have experience in residential and commercial painting, attention to detail, and the ability to work independently or as part of a team. Some travel is required, along with proficiency in various painting techniques. Pay is scheduled biweekly.

Requirements

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• At least two years of experience working as a professional painter.
• Valid state driver's license in good standing.

Nice To Haves

• Cabinet painting experience.

Responsibilities

• Prepare surfaces for painting by cleaning, sanding, and caulking as needed.
• Apply paint, varnish, or other finishes using brushes, rollers, or spray equipment.
• Mix paints and other materials to specifications using knowledge of color theory.
• Read and interpret schematics and project plans to execute designs accurately.
• Operate power tools and hand tools safely and effectively during painting work.
• Maintain a clean and organized work environment throughout projects.
