This is a Full Time Regional Operations Supervisor position based in San Jose, CA.

Requirements

• Effective organizational and interpersonal skills
• Ability to communicate and manage at all levels of the organization
• Strong problem solving and critical thinking skills
• Solid understanding of P&L reports and the drivers behind profitability
• Above average skill-level with Microsoft Word, Excel and PowerPoint
• Bachelors Degree
• 3 years of overall operations management experience
• 2 years of people management experience
• Knowledge of the US healthcare industry, diagnostic imaging trends and technology
• Completed background check and drug screen

Nice To Haves

• Graduate of an approved radiology technology program and is/was ARRT registered or NMTCB registered by an approved registry organization
• Radiology Department Supervisor / Manager

Responsibilities

• Unit coverage will be with our PET/CT and MRI units
• Address issues quickly and directly while maintaining a professional demeanor
• Create and cultivate engaged, self-directed teams
