About The Position

Shared Imaging is looking for a Full Time Regional Operations Supervisor in San Jose, CA. This is a remote/work from home opportunity, with required onsite visits in the San Jose, CA area. Occasional travel to Vallejo, Santa Rosa, Clovis, and Petaluma is expected (targeting quarterly travel). Unit coverage will be with PET/CT and MRI units.

Requirements

• Bachelors Degree.
• 3 years of overall operations management experience.
• 2 years of people management experience.
• Knowledge of the US healthcare industry, diagnostic imaging trends and technology.
• Effective organizational and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to communicate and manage at all levels of the organization.
• Strong problem solving and critical thinking skills.
• Above average skill-level with Microsoft Word, Excel and PowerPoint.
• Completed background check and drug screen.

Nice To Haves

• Graduate of an approved radiology technology program and is/was ARRT registered or NMTCB registered by an approved registry organization.
• Radiology Department Supervisor / Manager experience.

Responsibilities

• Supervise regional operations, including PET/CT and MRI units.
• Conduct onsite visits in the San Jose, CA area.
• Manage and cultivate engaged, self-directed teams.
• Address issues quickly and directly while maintaining a professional demeanor.
• Oversee P&L reports and understand the drivers of profitability.
