Requirements

Currently employed with the Florida Department of Revenue in the Child Support Program.
Two (2) years of experience coaching, mentoring, or instructing others.
Two (2) years of experience performing quality reviews to ensure accuracy and timeliness.
Two (2) years of experience conducting research and analyzing information, data, or procedures to make decisions.
Experience identifying cases not progressing appropriately in CAMS and the possible causes in order to assist in making recommendations for resolution.

Nice To Haves

Operational knowledge of multiple processes within the Child Support Program. (i.e. Judicial Actions, Administrative, Interstate, Order Entry, Compliance, etc.)

Responsibilities

Conducting reviews of computer system records to determine compliance
Identifying deficient performance, workflow issues, error trends and training needs
Preparing reports and making recommendations
Identifying and resolving operational deficiencies
Providing guidance and feedback to team members
Completing special projects and case reviews
Initiating and responding to requests
Researching and resolving case issues
Gathering information and analyzing data
