As the Regional Operations Leader for the Boston market, you’ll be the key driver of performance, growth, and a culture champion across multiple studios. This position will support 4 Tend Studios across the Boston area.

  • Experience with process optimization, compliance, and operational excellence.
  • Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills with the ability to influence across functions and levels.
  • Agility, problem-solving, and the ability to thrive in a fast-paced, high-growth environment.
  • A passion for elevating patient care while driving business success.
  • A proven track record of leading with empathy and building strong team cultures, not just operational results.
