Regional Operations Manager
About The Position
Guardian Dentistry Partners is hiring a Regional Operations Manager to support and elevate dental practices across Washington, D.C., Maryland, and Northern Virginia. The role leads a group of practices, supports Practice Managers and their teams, and works with doctors, clinical partners, and company leadership to improve operations and performance. It is intended for a dental or healthcare operations leader with multi-site experience and potential to advance into a Director-level role. The position is based in the DMV region and requires regular travel to assigned locations.
Requirements
- At least 5 years of experience in dental or healthcare operations, including multi-site experience.
- Proven experience as a Regional Manager or in a similar leadership role.
- Strong business acumen, including comfort managing KPIs, P&Ls, and change management.
- Confident communication skills and a people-first leadership approach that builds trust and inspires teams.
- Based in the DMV region and willing to travel regularly to assigned locations.
- Desire and potential to grow into a Director-level leader.
Responsibilities

- Drive performance through KPIs, strategic planning, and day-to-day coaching.
- Build team culture, resolve challenges, and keep operations running smoothly.
