About The Position

We're seeking a Regional Director of Operations to lead and optimize operations across our veterinary clinic locations in California, Washington, Oregon and Nevada. Reporting to the Chief Operating Officer, you'll oversee significant P&L responsibility while driving operational excellence and business growth across our multi-site network. This remote position requires 70% travel throughout California and the Pacific Northwest to ensure hands-on leadership and support at each location. You'll be responsible for implementing best practices, developing high-performing teams, and ensuring exceptional patient care and client service standards across all clinics.

Requirements

3+ years of multi-location operational leadership experience managing distributed teams.
Experience overseeing operations in service-based industries with focus on customer satisfaction.
Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with ability to optimize complex workflows.
Excellent communication skills to engage and influence stakeholders at all levels.
Proven change management expertise in fast-paced environments.
Minimum 3 years of progressive leadership experience in multi-site operations, veterinary or healthcare preferred.
Track record of managing P&L responsibility and achieving financial targets.
Experience leading teams of 50+ employees across multiple locations.

Nice To Haves

Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Operations Management, or related field preferred.
Licensed DVM in good standing, preferred.
California residency preferred.

Ensure all locations maintain the highest standards of veterinary care while meeting regulatory requirements.
