Requirements
- Years of experience/tenure are not a factor in leveling.
Responsibilities
- Oversees store operations within a large geographic region through District/Area Managers.
- Partners with District/Area Managers to ensure stores meet or exceed profitability, customer service, and operational goals.
- Analyzes store expenses and implements strategies to control costs.
- Promotes consistent communication, application, and enforcement of policies and initiatives throughout the region.
- Generally manages the equivalent of annual store volume (revenue) up to 100MM USD.
- Additional criteria that may be considered as potential leveling differentiator: Brand maturity in terms of market evolution or market share and pace of expansion/growth.
