About The Position

We are seeking an experienced Regional Nurse Consultant to support senior living communities throughout the San Jose and Northern California market. This is a full-time, permanent, salaried position with a leading and well-established senior living operator. The company offers above-market compensation, bonus potential, and strong support from senior clinical leadership. This role is hiring immediately.
Requirements
- 3+ years experience as a Registered Nurse (RN) in long-term care, skilled nursing, assisted living, senior living, memory care, or equivalent
- Prior experience managing multiple senior living communities — as a Nurse Consultant, Legal Nurse Consultant, Healthcare Consultant, Utilization Review Nurse, RN Consultant, or equivalent
- Ability to travel
- Strong leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills
Responsibilities
- Conducting operational review assessing regulatory compliance, operational efficiencies, and quality improvement
- Developing and implementing improvement processes
- Monitoring Infection Control and Incident Reports
- Maintaining knowledge of state, federal, and local rules and regulations
