About The Position
Fundamental Clinical & Operational Services, LLC, is seeking a talented Clinical Services Director (Regional Nurse Consultant) to provide consultation and support to a number of client centers. This position involves working directly with client centers on system implementation/evaluation, reviewing compliance with state and federal guidelines, and assisting facilities with planning, implementing, and evaluating patient/resident centered programming and policies.
Requirements
- Skilled communicator, director and motivator.
- Able to organize and prioritize many tasks effectively.
- 5 years of experience in a leadership role.
- Skilled Nursing (long term care experience - Director of Nursing experience required).
- Able to react to emergency situations appropriately when required.
- Graduate of an accredited school of nursing (RN), BSN with a valid RN license.
- Willing to travel to assigned facilities by personal automobile or by air - overnight travel may be required.
- Reliable transportation required.

- Previous Nurse Consultant experience highly preferred.
Responsibilities
- Work directly with client centers on system implementation/evaluation.

- Work with all facility departments to assist in planning, implementing and evaluating patient/resident centered programming.
- Assist facilities with the interpretation and implementation of policies and procedures.
- Travel to assigned facilities by personal automobile or by air - overnight travel may be required.
