Requirements

High school graduate/equivalent or higher
Minimum of one year sales/customer service experience.
Ability to meet sales goals
Strong attention to detail
Communicate effectively.
Computer proficiency within Microsoft Word, Excel and Outlook.
NMLS licensing obtained within initial training period.

Nice To Haves

Prior banking experience preferred.

Responsibilities

Provide legendary service to members by welcoming them to the financial center.
Acts as a member liaison, supporting member convenience with all credit union technology available.
Supports member transactions through use of Interactive Teller Machines as needed.
Provides advanced consumer account information including IRA, Trust, Estate and Business accounts.
Research and solve member questions, problems, and complaints.
Maintain our culture while achieving department goals.
Conducts consumer loan closings and account openings, secures required identification, explains all legal documents, and reviews documentation for accuracy.
Achieves and maintains designation as Notary Public and provides notary services as requested.
