Regional Member Relationship Advisor
About The Position
The Regional Member Relationship Advisor I helps AmeriCU Credit Union members achieve financial success by building relationships, identifying financial needs, and connecting members with appropriate products and services. The role combines member service, relationship building, sales, lending, and operational support, while contributing to the financial center and the communities it serves. The home location is Liverpool, New York, and travel to financial centers throughout the assigned region is required. The role is full-time and incentive and bonus eligible. Starting pay is $19.84 to $24.80 per hour, depending on experience.

Responsibilities
- Conduct financial wellness conversations, identify member needs, and provide personalized recommendations and financial guidance.
- Create positive member experiences that strengthen loyalty.
- Open and maintain consumer and business accounts; develop new member relationships and deepen existing relationships.
- Follow up on referrals, appointments, and business opportunities.
- Recommend loans, credit cards, deposit products, and other financial services.
- Assist members through the lending process and complete accurate loan documentation.
- Support financial center sales and service goals.
- Assist with teller transactions and daily branch activities as needed.
- Collaborate with internal partners to provide comprehensive member solutions.
- Provide coverage at financial centers throughout the assigned region.
- Follow regulatory, operational, and risk management requirements and maintain knowledge of credit union policies and procedures.
- Represent AmeriCU through community involvement and outreach efforts.
