About The Position

ENT and Allergy Associates of Florida is seeking a Regional Medical Office Manager to oversee operations across their Miami-Dade and Broward County offices. This professional will support Office Managers with daily operations of multiple medical practice locations, providing regional leadership, operational support, and guidance to ensure consistency and efficiency. The role involves working closely with the Director of Operations on operational planning, training, and evaluating practice operations. Key responsibilities include assisting with the development of operational processes, identifying improvement opportunities, and ensuring adherence to policies and procedures.

Requirements

  • Minimum two years management experience in a Multiple MEDICAL office, managing 10 or more employees.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Applications.
  • Basic Accounting Principles.
  • Strong customer service skills & ethic.
  • Strong organizational skills and computer skills.
  • Ability to work independently.
  • Ability to prioritize and handle multiple projects at one time.
  • Attention to detail.
  • Ability to lead and work in a team environment.
  • Bilingual Spanish MUST.

  • Allergy experience a plus.
  • ENT experience a plus.

Responsibilities

  • Oversee operations across Miami-Dade and Broward County offices.
  • Assist Office Managers with day-to-day management of multiple medical practice locations.
  • Provide regional leadership, operation support, and guidance.
  • Ensure consistency and efficiency across all offices.
  • Support operational planning, training, and evaluation of practice operations with the Director of Operations.
  • Assist with the development of operational processes.
  • Identify opportunities for process improvement.
  • Ensure established policies and procedures are consistently followed.
  • Travel as needed within Florida.
  • Proactively collaborate with peers.
  • Provide "Big picture" orientation.
  • Demonstrate a positive, can-do, solution-oriented attitude.
  • Think "outside-the-box", remove roadblocks and create opportunities.
