Within an assigned territory, you will play a crucial role in strengthening our financial performance through maximizing our revenue contributing to the overall success of our organization.
Requirements
- Must have a minimum of 5 years’ experience in nursing home bookkeeping.
Responsibilities
- Guide and support our nursing centers in navigating the complexities of Medicaid eligibility requirements, acting as the go-to resource for staff.
- Identify and overcome challenges in the Medicaid application process, collaborating with nursing center staff and state agencies to ensure timely approvals.
- Provide comprehensive training and ongoing support to nursing center staff on all aspects of Medicaid eligibility, ensuring compliance and best practices.
- Analyze key metrics, track progress, and implement strategies to improve revenue cycle management and reduce bad debt.
