About The Position

As a Regional Marketing Specialist, you are responsible for driving regional growth through the development and execution of a comprehensive regional marketing plan. This includes managing promotional activities, product launches, events, and communications across various channels to market. You work closely with the French regional sales team in a customer-facing position, ensuring alignment between marketing strategies and business goals.

Requirements

  • 3-5 years of experience in B2B marketing roles.
  • Proven ability to work closely with sales teams in a customer‑facing role.
  • Analytical mindset combined with hands‑on execution capabilities.
  • Strong communication and stakeholder management skills.
  • Able to work autonomously in a dynamic, international environment.
  • Fluent in French and English.

Nice To Haves

  • Experience in automotive aftermarket is a plus.
  • Additional EU languages are a plus.

Responsibilities

  • Define and execute the regional marketing strategy in close collaboration with the sales team, aligned with company, global and regional growth objectives.
  • Identify go-to-market strategies for different channels or business segments.
  • Oversee and manage the regional marketing budget and P&L.
  • Track, measure, and analyze marketing performance (own and competitor’s) to identify insights and continuously optimize initiatives.
  • Develop and implement the regional product launch plans, working closely with the regional sales team, and other relevant stakeholders.
  • Establish marketing promotional plans (sell-in, sell-out, sales incentives and loyalty actions), considering strategic product and segment priorities.
  • Analyze key product and customer performance reports.
  • Identify and deploy opportunities to enhance brand visibility at the point of sale.
  • Plan and organize regional events to drive engagement and awareness such as trade shows, customer events, training sessions or partnership events.
  • Develop and oversee the execution of the regional PR and media plan, including the implementation of digital marketing initiatives.
  • Identify and activate distributor communication channels as part of the regional communication plan.
  • Coordinate the content strategy for the regional country website.
  • Identify opportunities for local partnerships, complementary to global partnerships agreements.
  • Manage and activate these local partnerships ensuring maximum impact/awareness in the market.
  • Continuously track and analyze market activities to identify best practices for regional brand-building and lead generation.
  • Support internal and external sales teams in targeted marketing strategies to drive lead generation and prospect conversion.
  • Define the right set of marketing and product collaterals to increase distributors and sales representatives’ knowledge.
