About The Position

The Regional Marketing Manager serves as the primary marketing contact for their assigned regions. This position is responsible for developing, overseeing, and executing strategic marketing initiatives that generate quality traffic to communities, support sales objectives, while maintaining and upholding corporate branding strategy and image standards.

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in Marketing or related field required
  • Minimum of 5 - 8 years of marketing experience required
  • Ability to effectively communicate, both orally and in writing, to various audiences to include strong writing/proofreading skills
  • Ability to plan, prioritize and manage multiple tasks in a fast-paced and rapidly changing environment
  • Ability to creatively solve problems and work under time constraints with minimal supervision
  • Must be organized and efficient at completing administrative tasks and meeting deadlines
  • Ability to work both independently and within a team to accomplish goals
  • Demonstrate intermediate Microsoft Office skills including Excel, PowerPoint, and Word
  • Outstanding interpersonal skills and an ability to establish strong relationships with all levels of the organization as well as build relationships with outside resources.
  • Strong writing skills

Responsibilities

  • Creates a collaborative, trust-based environment, prioritizing customer experience, empowering regional marketing teams, fostering individual growth through feedback and training, and achieving established goals.
  • Works with the marketing team to develop and execute action plans to advance regional sales and marketing and communication objections. Serves as the primary marketing contact for the entire region, coordinating with field sales personnel and corporate marketing as necessary.
  • Responsible for overall presentation of community model homes, inventory, and maintains corporate branding standards.
  • Manages community specific event planning, regional events, and identifies sponsorship opportunities for assigned region.
  • Other duties as assigned.
