The Regional Marketing Manager (RMM) serves as the region's dedicated strategic marketing and communications business partner reporting to the Senior Director of Marketing & Communications, ensuring that marketing and communications efforts align with regional business priorities and enterprise objectives. The RMM works closely with Regional Leadership, Operations, Business Development, Pursuits, Talent Attraction, Strategy, and Corporate Communications to identify opportunities that enhance growth, strengthen market visibility, support workforce needs, and improve stakeholder engagement. As the primary liaison between the region and the Marketing & Communications organization, the RMM translates business priorities into integrated marketing and communications strategies that deliver measurable business impact while reinforcing the Rosendin brand.
