About The Position

The Regional Marketing Manager, North America is responsible for driving regional growth, strategic account engagement, partner marketing and revenue acceleration across North America. Acting as the bridge between Digital Matter's global marketing strategy and regional commercial execution, this role works closely with Sales, Product Marketing, Partners and Executive Leadership to deliver marketing programmes that generate pipeline, support revenue growth and strengthen market position. The role leads regional growth, account-based marketing, sales enablement, partner marketing and vertical market execution. It is responsible for translating global campaigns, product launches and messaging into regionally relevant growth initiatives that support customer acquisition, partner expansion and strategic account development. Success in this role is measured through pipeline & revenue contribution, vertical & partner growth, strategic account engagement and 360° Sales & Stakeholder Feedback.

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in marketing, Communications, Business, Journalism or a related discipline.
  • Minimum 5 years’ experience in regional marketing, field marketing, channel marketing or B2B technology marketing.
  • Experience supporting revenue growth through demand generation and regional marketing programs.
  • Experience working within partner, channel or reseller-based business models.
  • Strong understanding of sales enablement and go to market execution.
  • Demonstrated experience creating marketing content across multiple formats including blogs, email marketing, presentations, case studies, video and social media.
  • Graphic design capability using Canva, Adobe Creative Suite, Figma or similar platforms.
  • Video editing experience for social media, customer stories and campaign content.
  • Strong understanding of competitive analysis and market intelligence.
  • Experience planning and executing events, trade shows, webinars and partner marketing programs.
  • Strong communication, stakeholder management and project management skills.
  • Ability to work independently across multiple priorities and time zones.
  • Experience using HubSpot or similar CRM and marketing automation platforms preferred.
  • Experience within GPS tracking, IoT, telematics, fleet management, logistics, industrial technology or adjacent industries highly regarded.

Responsibilities

  • Develop and execute the North America regional marketing plan aligned to business growth objectives.
  • Drive marketing sourced and marketing influenced pipeline growth across the region.
  • Identify market opportunities, vertical growth segments and strategic account opportunities.
  • Provide regional market intelligence, customer insight and competitive analysis to support business strategy.
  • Act as the voice of the North American market within the global marketing organization.
  • Partner with Sales to identify and prioritise strategic enterprise accounts.
  • Develop and execute account-based marketing programmes targeting key prospects and growth opportunities.
  • Create tailored campaigns, content and engagement strategies for priority accounts.
  • Measure account engagement, pipeline progression and revenue contribution.
  • Support strategic account expansion through coordinated marketing and sales activity.
  • Partner closely with the North America Sales team to accelerate pipeline and revenue outcomes.
  • Localise and maintain sales enablement assets including presentations, battle cards, case studies, industry solutions and competitive positioning.
  • Deliver regional sales communications and campaign updates.
  • Ensure Sales teams have access to current messaging, content and campaign assets.
  • Support sales training and product launch readiness initiatives.
  • Develop and execute regional partner marketing programmes to drive partner growth and pipeline generation.
  • Partner portal management
  • Lead partner recruitment marketing initiatives across North America.
  • Manage MDF programmes, campaign execution and performance reporting.
  • Secure partner case studies, customer success stories and co-marketing opportunities.
  • Manage and optimise the Digital Matter Partner Portal to improve partner engagement and enablement.
  • Capture partner feedback and market insight to strengthen global partner programmes.
  • Execute regional demand generation campaigns aligned to global strategy.
  • Localise global campaigns, messaging and content for North America.
  • Manage regional lead generation programmes across digital, partner and event channels.
  • Monitor campaign performance and optimise activity to improve pipeline outcomes.
  • Contribute regional insights and recommendations to global marketing planning.
  • Support execution of marketing programmes across priority verticals.
  • Develop regional customer stories, use cases and solution focused content.
  • Work with Product Marketing to position Digital Matter solutions against regional market challenges.
  • Support vertical focused campaigns, events and sales initiatives.
  • Lead regional event strategy and execution across North America.
  • Evaluate industry events based on target audience, strategic value and pipeline potential.
  • Manage trade shows, partner events, executive events and customer engagement programmes.
  • Measure event performance through pipeline influence, meetings and revenue contribution.
  • Work closely with Product Marketing Manager, Digital Marketing Manager, Sales and Customer Success teams.
  • Provide regional insight to improve positioning, campaigns and partner programmes.
  • Contribute to continuous improvement of marketing processes, reporting and execution standards.
