About The Position

NORMAL is seeking a Regional Marketing and Content Creator for its West region in France, based in Nantes. The role's primary objective is to ensure NORMAL's visibility, relevance, and local integration within the region. This involves creating a strong initial impact during new store openings and continuously enhancing store presence through shopping center marketing and local initiatives to drive traffic and sales. The position acts as a liaison between national/global marketing teams and local stores, focusing on creating authentic social media content from stores and the region, even though national channels are managed centrally.

Requirements

  • Experience with video editing tools such as CapCut, Premiere Pro, or similar.
  • Comfortable in front of the camera and have a natural ability to engage your audience.
  • Execution-focused, structured, and able to manage multiple tasks simultaneously.
  • Outgoing and thrive in a role with extensive contact with partners and stores.
  • Comfortable producing fast, authentic social media content on your phone.
  • Ability to navigate a growth organization and focus on solutions rather than barriers.
  • Mobile and expect to travel around 4 days per week across all regions of your market.

Responsibilities

  • Create original short-form video content in-store that is fun, authentic, and aligned with current social media strategy.
  • Produce engaging content from store openings, events, and activations.
  • Edit video content (short-form formats such as Reels and TikTok) and prepare it for approval before publishing.
  • Appear in content yourself and naturally involve local store teams to create relatable and authentic storytelling.
  • Collaborate closely with the national Social Media team responsible for publishing and content planning.
  • Deliver content that supports NORMAL’s brand, tone of voice, and storytelling across social media platforms.
  • Help ensure that NORMAL is visible on relevant shopping center channels and local platforms through collaborations and content sharing.
  • Planning and executing complete regional opening events for new stores.
  • Ensuring high-quality execution and alignment with NORMAL’s national and global marketing teams.
  • Documenting openings (video/photo) and securing material for, among others, social media.
  • Optimizing the use of shopping center channels (social media, screens, campaigns, events) and ensuring visibility.
  • Implementing national campaigns locally.
  • Developing and executing local events, seasonal activities, and relevant campaigns.
  • Leveraging local opportunities such as city festivals, shopping center campaigns, or partnerships.
  • Being physically present and ensuring all activities are executed smoothly and on-brand.
  • Responding to emails and Google reviews.
  • Organizational support for the preparation and implementation of team events (Store Manager Annual Meeting, Monthly meetings, Team buildings, Summer and Xmas party...)
  • Update of the presentation materials.
  • Internal communication: weekly newsletter, Normal app (videos, creative materials).
  • Translation of materials from Denmark.
