About The Position

Ascend Staffing is hiring a Regional Manager to lead our Arizona market. This is a high-impact leadership opportunity for an experienced sales and operations leader who knows how to develop teams, grow revenue, strengthen client relationships, and improve profitability across multiple locations. If you have experience leading multiple offices, branches, or teams and a proven background in B2B sales, business development, or operational leadership, we want to hear from you. Staffing industry experience is preferred but not required. Candidates with strong multi-location leadership and B2B sales experience can be successful in this role. As the Regional Manager for Arizona, you will oversee branch performance, develop leaders, support sales growth, and help ensure each location consistently meets operational and financial goals.

Requirements

3+ years of B2B sales experience
Proven experience leading multiple offices, locations, branches, or teams
Demonstrated success driving revenue, sales growth, profitability, and measurable business results
Strong leadership, coaching, and employee-development skills
Experience building and maintaining client relationships
Strong business development and consultative sales skills
Ability to analyze financial reports, P&L performance, KPIs, and operational results
Strong organization, communication, decision-making, and problem-solving skills
Ability to set clear expectations and hold leaders accountable while maintaining a positive, performance-driven culture
Proficiency with Microsoft Office, including Excel, Word, Outlook, and PowerPoint
Ability to work independently while collaborating effectively with senior leadership
Must be based in Arizona

Nice To Haves

Staffing industry experience is preferred but not required
Candidates with strong multi-location leadership and B2B sales experience can be successful in this role.
Experience opening, developing, or growing new locations is a plus

Responsibilities

Lead, coach, and develop Branch Managers throughout the Arizona market
Drive regional sales growth, gross profit, revenue, and overall profitability
Establish performance goals and hold branch leadership accountable to key performance indicators and company expectations
Review branch financial results and manage regional P&L performance
Identify underperforming areas and develop measurable action plans to improve results
Build and maintain strong relationships with key clients to increase retention and uncover additional business opportunities
Support new business development through discovery meetings, client presentations, sales strategy, and relationship building
Recruit, hire, train, coach, and retain high-performing branch teams
Help Branch Managers strengthen sales, recruiting, client service, and operational performance
Ensure branches meet company standards for operations, compliance, and customer service
Identify opportunities to expand existing accounts and develop new business within the market
Partner with senior leadership on regional strategy, growth initiatives, and company objectives
Support the development, opening, and growth of new locations as opportunities arise
