About The Position

This position will focus on our custodial contracts in the Vermont region. Position will be based out of Burlington VT. Salary: 75k D.O.E. The Regional Manager will direct Goodwill Good Clean Property Services in the assigned area, including the management of Northern New England Employment Services contracts. This role is responsible for ensuring quality control, sound financial performance, and top service for all customers and employees. The position involves planning, coordinating, and revising strategies and budgets to meet budgetary goals for each contract/job site. The Regional Manager represents the Agency in all interactions with the Goodwill community and the public, supporting the agency's vision of creating sustainable communities. This role also furthers the organizational commitment to triple bottom line results by integrating social, economic, and environmental goals into all aspects of work.

Requirements

  • Criminal background check that meets Agency standards.
  • Valid driver’s license permitting with a satisfactory driving record.
  • Demonstrated problem solving skills including working knowledge of office based software, specifically, Excel, Word and Outlook.
  • Experience with custodial and staffing services.
  • Minimum of 10 years related professional, supervisory experience.

Responsibilities

  • Direct Goodwill Good Clean Property Services in assigned area, including management of our Northern New England Employment Services contracts.
  • Ensuring quality control for all contracts.
  • Ensuring sound financial performance and top service to all customers and employees.
  • Plans, coordinates and revises strategies and budgets as needed to meet the budgetary goals for each particular contract/job site.
  • Manages Northern New England Employment Services and Good Clean contracts.
  • Responsible for the budgetary oversight of all Good Clean and NNEES contracts in assigned area.
  • Represents the Agency in all interactions with other members of the Goodwill community and with the general public, supporting the agency Vision of creating sustainable communities that thrive through the fullest participation of their diverse residents.
  • Furthers the organizational commitment to triple bottom line results: integrating social, economic and environmental goals into thinking, planning and actions.
  • Works closely with external and internal customers regarding their cleaning and maintenance needs.
  • Responsible for meeting or surpassing goals for staff.
  • Accountable for supervision of staff, ensuring program compliance and reporting of contracts and budgets.
