About The Position

As a Regional Manager, you will function as a proactive collaborator for your assigned Sr. Territory Field Leads and Territory Field Leads. You will be assigned a region in one of the following: Atlantic North, Atlantic South, Great Lakes, Coastal Plains, Mountain or Pacific. While T-ROC leadership maintains performance and sales operations standards for Territory Field Leads visit expectations, you serve as the essential on-site coordinator ensuring your regional team possesses the headcount, professional discipline, sales performance and rigorous compliance required for elite execution.

Requirements

  • A proactive relationship builder who seamlessly collaborates with local Territory Field Leads to support corporate initiatives without overstepping into the day-to-day routing.
  • 3–5+ years of relevant work experience in progressive field sales operations, territory management, or channel enablement.
  • A valid driver's license, an eligible motor vehicle record, and a strong willingness to travel extensively within the assigned geographic footprint to provide hands-on support and audit vendor compliance.
  • Highly detail-oriented with a sharp focus on compliance; able to track strict SLA deadlines (24-hour reporting, 48-hour hardware returns) in a fast-paced environment.
  • Ability to conduct high-level meetings, manage complex external partner relationships, and train teams to do the same.
  • Experience with reviewing and interpreting sales reporting; able to present insights and findings to leadership teams.

Responsibilities

  • Execute Regular Regional Pulse Checks: Sync weekly, at a minimum, with the Sr. Territory Field Leads and Territory Field Leads to review local field performance issues, resolve roadblocks, and ensure TFL activity aligns with local regional business goals.
  • Monitor Inspection Velocity: Partner with local leaders to track regional visit compliance, ensuring all TFLs execute their mandatory minimum of 8-10 physical store visits per week.
  • Drive Merchandising Compliance: Verify that your regional team is aggressively driving brand standards. Guarantee that following any product launch or merchandise refresh completes within 24 hours of communicated targets.
  • Audit Fleet & Asset Standards: Periodic travel within the region to verify TFLs adhere to professional dress codes and maintain active field-presence hours. Ensure all T-ROC-issued hardware is wiped and returned within 48 hours of any employee termination.
  • External Partner Reviews: Develop relationship with brand agents to address performance barriers, brand experience and sales operations across all region stores.
