About The Position

CFDay is seeking an experienced Regional Manager to support nationwide DEERS/RAPIDS operations for the U.S. Army Reserve Command. The Regional Manager will be the operational lead responsible for field execution, workforce support, training compliance, quality control, and oversight of RAPIDS/DEERS operations across various Identification Card Office (ICO) locations. This role involves direct collaboration with the Program Manager, Site Security Managers (SSMs), and Verifying Officials (VOs) to ensure adherence to DEERS/RAPIDS policies, certification requirements, quality standards, and customer service expectations.

Requirements

  • Bachelor's Degree or equivalent combination of education and experience.
  • Five (5) years of operational management, military personnel administration, DEERS/RAPIDS support, or related experience.
  • Experience supervising geographically dispersed personnel.
  • Experience with DEERS, RAPIDS, CAC issuance, or military personnel systems.
  • Strong organizational, leadership, and communication skills.
  • Ability to obtain and maintain Government credentials and installation access.

Nice To Haves

  • Current or prior RAPIDS certification.
  • Current or prior Site Security Manager (SSM) certification.
  • Military personnel administration experience.
  • Army Reserve, National Guard, or Active-Duty personnel support experience.
  • Experience supporting Department of Defense customers.
  • Experience conducting operational compliance reviews or quality assurance inspections.

Responsibilities

  • Support day-to-day operational oversight of DEERS/RAPIDS support services.
  • Provide leadership and guidance to Verifying Officials and Site Security Managers.
  • Monitor RAPIDS certification compliance and training completion.
  • Conduct virtual and in-person quality control site reviews.
  • Assist with staffing coordination, onboarding, and vacancy management.
  • Support continuity of operations and mission-essential services planning.
  • Review site performance metrics, audit reports, and compliance documentation.
  • Assist in resolving customer service issues and operational challenges.
  • Support corrective action implementation and process improvement initiatives.
  • Coordinate with Government personnel regarding site-level operational requirements.
