About The Position
As a Regional Manager based in Chicago, you’ll lead a growing team of Advance Funeral Planners in a growing Chicagoland market. You’ll support rapid expansion across the region while honoring the deeply personal nature of this profession. This is a role for a sales-driven, entrepreneurial leader who knows how to push for outcomes without losing sight of empathy, trust, and care.
Requirements
- Sales leadership or management role experience
- Entrepreneurial, independent, and comfortable in ambiguity
- Comfortability with and interest in travelling for work.
Nice To Haves
- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, Communications or equivalent professional experience
- Current life insurance license, or ability to attain one
Responsibilities
- Oversee and develop 5+ Advance Funeral Planners by motivating performance, coaching to outcomes, and holding clear accountability to results.
- Work closely with enterprise leadership and local funeral home managers to bring structure, strategy, and momentum to a rapidly growing market.
- Actively sell alongside your team when needed, model best practices, and reinforce an outcomes-first approach that always respects the realities of advance planning.
- Think strategically, solve problems creatively, and adapt quickly as new opportunities emerge across the Chicagoland market.
