Regional Manager Northern AZ
About The Position
The Bella Group is seeking a growth-minded multifamily housing leader to oversee 12 properties in Flagstaff and Cottonwood, AZ. The ideal candidate will be a seasoned leader with a real estate license and multi-site management experience. Familiarity with Yardi and Teams, along with excellent organizational, training, and development skills, is preferred. The Bella Group has 35 years of industry experience and manages 26 communities across 4 AZ markets, utilizing a virtue-based approach that influences all aspects of their operations. Regional Managers are influential leaders who report directly to the President and Managing Partners.
Requirements
- Real Estate License required.
- Minimum of two years multi-site property management experience.
- Good verbal and written communication skills.
- Proficient in standard office equipment.
- Excellent working knowledge of Microsoft Word, Excel and Property Management Software.
- Forty (40) hours per week required.
- Must be available on weekends for staffing needs and emergencies.

- Familiarity with Yardi and Teams.
- Excellent organizational, training and development skills.
- College degree/professional designation preferred.
Responsibilities
