About The Position

Weinstein Properties, a family-owned company with over 70 years of experience, owns and manages more than 60 apartment communities across Virginia, North Carolina, Texas, Tennessee, and Georgia. We pride ourselves on a hands-on approach to daily operations and a strong focus on customer experience. This Regional Manager position will oversee three communities in the Nashville region: Bexley Mt. Juliet, Bexley Spring Hill, and Bexley Donelson, encompassing 823 units and managing 24 employees. We are a highly operations and people-driven company, emphasizing structure, consistency, and collaboration. Our corporate teams provide hands-on support, clear processes, and direct guidance. This role is ideal for individuals who thrive in a well-organized, policy-focused environment with high expectations and strong support.

Requirements

Multi-site, area, or regional property management experience required.
Strong operations experience.
Strong resident relations experience.
Strong people leadership experience.

Nice To Haves

Experience with Class A multifamily communities preferred.

Responsibilities

Oversee daily operations and performance of a small group of communities, including leasing, maintenance, resident relations, administrative tasks, property appearance, and key performance metrics.
