About The Position

Our team is growing, and we are looking for talented individuals like you! This position is for a Regional Support Associate located in the Columbus Apartment District, Columbus, OH. The scheduled hours are Monday – Friday, 9am to 6pm, with a pay rate of $22 - $24/hour plus commissions. Requirements

  • 1+ year of property management experience.
  • 1+ year of LIHTC experience REQUIRED.
  • Collaborator with a cheerful outlook.
  • Initiative-taking and meticulous with excellent written and verbal communication.
  • Exceptional customer service skills.
  • Experienced in MS Office products (Outlook, Word, Excel).
  • Must have a valid driver’s license, with reliable vehicle and auto-insurance.
  • Willing to submit to a drug screening and background check if offered a position.

  • Knowledge of Yardi software

Responsibilities

  • Travel to and work onsite at assigned regional communities, floating between locations to provide office support and coverage as needed.
  • Direct and coordinate community activities across designated regions, ensuring seamless operations and exceptional resident experiences.
  • Provide administrative support for property operations, including lease renewals, move-ins/outs, and other site-level responsibilities.
  • Complete payments efficiently and accurately, as per organizational guidelines.
  • Conduct regular walks of apartments and properties to ensure optimal condition and presentation.
  • Assist management with various tasks related to social media, resident events, owner walks, newsletters, community related tasks, and preparing owner reports.
