Lead, develop and drive the strategic direction of Leadec across customer sites. This role involves full P&L responsibility for current and new business, developing and retaining a high-performing team, and ensuring reliable delivery of services according to the Service Line Delivery Model with a focus on continuous improvement. The Regional Manager will also be responsible for customer relationship management, driving strategic initiatives, and maintaining high ethical standards. Adherence to EHS and Quality objectives, in accordance with ISO standards, is also a key aspect of this position.
