About The Position

Sandpiper Hospitality (SH), a rapidly growing company in the extended stay market, is seeking a strategic Regional Manager (RM) to lead an assigned portfolio of hotels. The RM is responsible for achieving operational performance expectations across all aspects of their hotels by managing General Managers, implementing company standards, and executing operational initiatives to ensure efficiency and positive results. This role involves proactive management and strategic oversight to ensure the successful operation, growth, and financial health of assigned hotels.

Requirements

  • 3 or more years of multi-site management experience.
  • 1 or more years of creating, implementing, and monitoring corporate initiatives.
  • Track record of high performance in revenue generation through sales & marketing.
  • Track record of controlling and reducing costs.
  • High school diploma or equivalent.
  • Valid driver's license with an acceptable driving record.
  • Ability to stay overnight on location as needed.

Nice To Haves

  • Bachelor's degree in Business Management, Economics, Marketing, or a related field.

Responsibilities

  • Manage and lead General Managers to achieve portfolio performance goals.
  • Implement, support, and maintain all company standards, processes, and procedures across the assigned portfolio.
  • Manage property openings within and outside the portfolio with a tactical, detail-oriented approach.
  • Manage the P&L against budget, seeking opportunities to maximize profit through cost controls, labor management, and revenue increases.
  • Implement and manage sales programs to drive base and incremental revenue.
  • Conduct area market analysis and collaborate on marketing strategies.
  • Collaborate on revenue management strategies to maximize RevPAR and market share.
  • Focus on achieving excellence in guest satisfaction and loyalty through service, product, and experience.
  • Review customer feedback sources and take action to evolve service models.
  • Monitor properties for compliance in results and responses.
  • Ensure the excellent condition of each hotel asset.
  • Inspect buildings to ensure brand standards are met and policies/procedures are consistently enforced.
