About The Position

Brewtopia, an energetic and passionate 7 Brew franchise group, is proud to bring the bold, people-first energy of 7 Brew to Western New York. With proven success in quick-service operations, we’re driven by operational excellence, strong leadership, and a fun, high-energy drive-thru experience that stands out from the crowd. We’re looking for a Regional Manager to lead and inspire our Buffalo market—someone who thrives on building teams, creating exceptional guest experiences, and growing a winning culture.

Requirements

  • Proven experience leading teams in quick-service, drive-thru, or coffee environments.
  • Strong leadership and communication skills—you inspire others through action.
  • Financial acumen—comfortable with labor, COGS, and performance metrics.
  • Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced, people-first environment.
  • Working knowledge of POS, scheduling systems, and reporting tools.
  • Must be able to sit, stand, and move for long periods.
  • Ability to lift up to 50 lbs occasionally.
  • Frequent travel between store locations (>75%).

Nice To Haves

  • Bachelor’s degree in Business, Hospitality, or related field preferred.

Responsibilities

  • Oversee daily operations for multiple drive-thru locations.
  • Ensure brand standards in speed, quality, safety, and cleanliness.
  • Regularly visit shops to coach teams, resolve issues, and celebrate wins.
  • Recruit, train, and mentor Shop Managers and Shift Leads.
  • Foster accountability, recognition, and personal growth.
  • Conduct regular performance check-ins and training sessions.
  • Support and review shop-level budgets, sales targets, and labor costs.
  • Monitor performance metrics and implement improvement strategies.
  • Partner with ownership on new shop openings and community initiatives.
  • Promote the 7 Brew culture of positivity and hospitality.
  • Respond to guest feedback promptly and with care.
  • Celebrate team milestones and encourage healthy competition.
