About The Position

As the largest family-owned and operated landscaping company in the nation, Gothic Landscape is seeking an exceptional LANDSCAPE MANAGEMENT REGIONAL MANAGER for its Maintenance Division. This role will provide hands-on leadership, direction, and goals for multiple landscape maintenance branches within the East and West Phoenix Valley. The Regional Manager is responsible for the continuing success of multiple large branches within the region by improving profitability, streamlining operations, improving sales, controlling costs, and building quality. This Regional role will be based in Phoenix, AZ.

Requirements

A minimum of five to seven (5-7) years landscape maintenance experience managing multiple branch operations including employee development, sales and financial management in the landscape industry
Bachelor's degree (B. A. or B. S.) from four-year university or equivalent combination of education and experience
Highly developed interpersonal skills to interact with both clients and internal management team
Must be able to travel within state and out of state at least 50-60% as business dictates

Responsibilities

Develops and implements strategic regional plans to meet corporate goals and objectives
Directs sales forecasting activities and sets performance goals accordingly
Reviews P&L’s and Financial Statements regularly
Hire, train, develop, and coach Branch Managers
Meets with key clients, assisting sales representative with maintaining relationships and negotiating and closing deals
Regularly visits jobs to ensure that the supervisors understand the job and track it properly, includes quality inspections
Works with Branches to insure most efficient use of Capital Budget while maintaining relationships with clients to accomplish the Company’s mission
