About The Position
Northern Nurseries is seeking a Regional Operations Manager to oversee multiple sites, support business expansion, and strengthen its position as an industry leader. This is a high-impact role with career growth potential, relocation assistance, and the opportunity to make a real difference.
Requirements
- 5+ years of experience in operations, compliance, safety, or multi-site management
- 5+ years of experience in the Landscape / Nursery / Horticulture field. With a strong understanding of Plants, Materials, and Products.
- Strong leadership and people management skills
- Knowledge of OSHA, and DOT, regulations
- Proven success in sales and operations management
- Ability to travel regularly across sites
- Willingness to relocate to the Windsor Locks, CT area

Responsibilities
- Lead multi-site operations – ensuring each location meets company standards and delivers an exceptional customer experience
- Drive business results – maximize market share, sales, and profit margins while keeping expenses in check
- Inspire and develop people – recruit, train, coach, and support site managers and staff
- Champion compliance & safety – OSHA, DOT, and environmental standards are always on your radar
- Oversee projects & capital investments – from equipment to land improvements, you’ll help move big ideas forward
- Deliver top-tier customer service – resolve major issues, maintain quality control, and keep us competitive in the market
