About The Position

The Regional Manager is responsible for leading and coordinating the operations of multiple locations within their designated region. This includes ensuring operational efficiency, meeting performance targets, managing budgets, and fostering a culture of excellence. The role involves collaborating with location managers and teams to achieve organizational goals. The Regional Manager will primarily be focused on: Provide strategic direction and leadership to location managers and operational teams within the region. Ensure consistent implementation of company policies, procedures, and standards across all locations. Ensure company safety standards are implemented and followed. Oversee the maintenance, repair, and safety of the fuel transport fleet. Coordinate with internal and external teams such as dispatch, maintenance, and sales to ensure efficient and cost-effective operations. Monitor and assess performance against targets and take corrective actions as needed. Identify areas for improvement and implement process enhancements. Develop and manage regional budgets, including revenue, expenses, and capital expenditures. Monitor financial performance. Recruit, train, and mentor location managers and staff. Conduct performance evaluations and provide coaching and feedback. Foster a collaborative and motivated work environment. Ensure high levels of customer satisfaction by monitoring customer feedback and addressing concerns. Maintain satisfaction through on-time deliveries and effective communication. Implement strategies to enhance customer service and experience across locations. Ensure that all locations adhere to legal and regulatory requirements. Oversee quality control and compliance initiatives to maintain high standards. Oversee supply chain operations to meet demand. Communicate regularly with location managers and company leadership. Explore opportunities for business expansion and growth within the region. Develop and execute regional growth strategies in coordination with corporate goals.

Requirements

  • Five years of experience in fuel transport operations, including experience in a regional or multi-location capacity.
  • Experience in logistics, supply chain or transportation preferred.
  • Class A CDL with required endorsements or the ability to obtain your CDL.
  • Strong leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills.
  • Proficiency in data analysis and using performance metrics to drive decision-making.
  • Financial acumen and experience with budgeting and financial analysis.
  • Problem-solving and decision-making abilities.
  • Ability to travel within the region as needed.
