Responsible for the oversight and management of multiple outpatient departments. This role involves a wide range of administrative functions, including clinic operations, marketing, finance, employee relations, and information systems. The Regional Manager RN will need to travel to various clinics on a regular basis. The position supports daily operations, in conjunction with clinic managers, across multiple outpatient clinics to ensure efficiency and consistency in service delivery. It also involves developing and implementing processes to enhance clinical performance and improve patient care outcomes, collaborating with clinic managers to provide leadership and guidance to clinical staff, fostering a culture of continuous improvement and professional development, and interpreting and integrating organizational policies into clinic workflows to ensure seamless administrative and clinical operations.
