Labcorp is seeking a Regional Manager Business Development to join their team in Nashville, TN. This role involves overseeing the regional sales and account management function for representatives who promote Labcorp's products to physician specialists. The position requires developing and implementing new revenue generation models, targeting and positioning strategies, and maintaining high-level relationships with key accounts and C-suite customers. The Regional Manager will implement the field sales plan to achieve sales objectives, act as the interface between the sales force and laboratory operations leadership, and contribute to building and developing a world-class team. A deep understanding of industry and local market trends is necessary to create customer and segment-specific strategies. The role is key within the organization, with responsibility for overseeing local clinical, specialty, hospital, and account manager sales representatives. The individual will work with the Vice President / General Manager of the North Sub-Division to implement strategic initiatives, grow market share, run the P&L for the area, and promote a culture of professional consultants. The ideal candidate should be competitive and collaborative, with strong communication and business acumen, and enjoy building, leading, and working with a high-performing team across various therapeutic areas. The ability to leverage Labcorp’s data analytics, clinical trials, scientific expertise, and unique partnership models to create a unique customer value proposition is essential.
