About The Position

Newbury Living is looking for a driven, detail-oriented professional to lead a portfolio of affordable housing communities while ensuring top-tier compliance and operational excellence. In this high-impact role, you’ll: Lead and inspire property teams across multiple communities Drive strong financial performance and high occupancy Oversee compliance with HUD, LIHTC, HOME, and other affordable housing programs Build relationships with owners, vendors, and government partners Ensure properties are running smoothly, efficiently, and in full compliance

Requirements

• A strong leader with excellent communication and organizational skills
• Experienced in affordable housing compliance and property management
• Experienced with RealPage and/or Appfolio software platforms
• Energized by solving problems, managing multiple priorities, and supporting teams
• Passionate about making a difference in communities
