The customer success team at Planet is seeking an experienced Regional Manager, Customer Success, Defence and Intelligence, to lead a growing team of Customer Success Managers (CSMs) in the Asia Region. Your mission will be to develop the existing team and hire world class talent in this fast growing region. The Regional Manager will also serve as the senior customer success contact in the region, acting as the executive sponsor for customers and working with other cross functional leads to ensure we’re doing everything we can to drive value and satisfaction with our customers. This position co-owns the renewal and expansions number for the region, so working with the CSM’s and Sales to meet or exceed the goal is critical.
