Bryan Properties-Regional Maintenance Supervisor
About The Position
Bryan Properties Group is seeking a Regional Maintenance Supervisor to lead maintenance operations across their properties. This is a hands-on leadership role that involves working with Property Managers and the Director of Operations to ensure properties run smoothly. The role includes supporting and leading maintenance teams, coordinating vendors and contractors, and overseeing work order management, preventative maintenance, vendor management, purchasing, maintenance budgets, and small to medium-sized property projects. The supervisor is expected to be able to perform maintenance tasks when needed.
Requirements
- At least four years of general building maintenance experience.
- At least two years of supervisory or maintenance lead experience.
- High school diploma or GED.
- Valid driver's license.
- Comfortable responding to property emergencies outside of normal business hours.

Responsibilities
