About The Position

Regional Loss Prevention Manager — Join the Skechers Team! Location: Regional (60–70% Travel Required) Department: Loss Prevention Classification: Non-Exempt Reports To: Director of Loss Prevention About the Role: Are you a seasoned loss prevention professional ready to make a real impact? Skechers is looking for a dynamic and driven Regional Loss Prevention Manager to lead loss prevention efforts across multiple store locations in your market. You'll play a critical role in protecting company assets, reducing shrink, and building a culture of accountability and safety.

Requirements

Bachelor's degree in a related field or equivalent experience
5–8 years of retail loss prevention experience, with at least 2 years in a multi-store supervisory role
W-Z Interview Certification Required (CFI designation preferred)
Advanced knowledge of shrinkage controls, security systems, and POS/inventory exception reporting
Strong written and verbal communication skills
Ability to maintain strict confidentiality
General computer proficiency
Must be comfortable with 60–70% travel

Responsibilities

Lead & Execute programs to reduce inventory and controllable losses across assigned locations
Investigate internal and external theft, bringing cases to successful resolution
Audit & Analyze store procedures using exception-based reporting and compliance reviews
Partner & Communicate with store, district, regional, and corporate teams to drive organizational goals
Optimize Security Controls to prevent shrinkage and ensure associate safety
Manage Prosecution & Restitution procedures to maximize recovery for the company
