About The Position

Caliver Beach Mortgage is seeking a Regional Loan Officer for a remote, P&L-based business opportunity. This role offers uncapped commissions and a wide range of loan products for all borrower types. You can choose to act as an individual Loan Officer or build and lead your own team. The company is licensed in 28 states and provides administrative, operational, and compliance support from Corporate. The ideal candidate is entrepreneurial, has strong relationship-building skills, and a proven track record of success through referrals.

Requirements

An active NMLS/MLO license (required).
Strong knowledge of lending regulations and industry best practices.
Exceptional interpersonal and communication skills.
Analytical mindset with the ability to assess complex financial information.
Sales-oriented mindset with a commitment to achieving targets.
Detail-oriented and organized.
Proficient in relevant software and tools.

Nice To Haves

Proven track record developing referral partner relationships with Realtors, CPA's, Financial Planners, etc.
Maintains a database of past clients for marketing purposes.
History of closing at least 3-5 units per month.

Responsibilities

Run your business remotely on a P&L basis under the umbrella of Caliver Beach Mortgage.
Add additional LO's to your team OR act as an individual LO.
Develop referral partner relationships with Realtors, CPA's, Financial Planners, etc.
Maintain a database of past clients for marketing purposes.
Close at least 3-5 units per month.
