About The Position

This position picks up and delivers dry and refrigerated products among company warehouses in California, Portland, Arizona, New Mexico, and Colorado. Deliveries and pickups are scheduled before departure from the divisional branch. The role involves transporting food products between company distribution centers and may include unloading the truck. Drivers obtain delivery signatures, pick up returns, and complete related logs and paperwork. They must comply with company policies and Department of Transportation regulations and perform other duties as assigned to meet business needs.

Requirements

• Must be at least 21 years of age.
• Must have a Class A Commercial Driver’s License for tractor-trailer operation.
• Must have a good driving record for the past 39 months.
• Must be able to drive standard and automatic transmissions.
• Must be able to install chains on tires.
• Must maintain regular and reliable attendance.

Nice To Haves

• One or more years of over-the-road tractor-trailer experience is preferred.

Responsibilities

• Transport and deliver food-related products between company distribution centers, potentially unloading the truck.
• Deliver products, obtain signatures of receipt, pick up returns, and complete delivery logs and paperwork.
• Comply with company policies and D.O.T. regulations.
