The Regional Lending Advisor (RLA), Managing Director is a senior leadership role responsible for driving regional lending strategy, revenue growth, and platform development across a UHNW client base. This individual serves as the lead credit strategist and commercial owner of the lending business in-region, partnering closely with Private Wealth Advisors (PWAs), underwriting, risk, and senior AWM leadership. As a Managing Director, the RLA not only originates and structures complex lending transactions, but also leads, develops, and scales a high-performing team of lending professionals, ensuring consistent delivery of best-in-class client solutions, disciplined risk management, and a strong control environment. This role is a critical member of regional leadership, shaping strategic priorities, influencing product evolution, and reinforcing Goldman Sachs’ position as a trusted advisor to UHNW clients.
