Requirements

Experience as a Leasing Agent
Knowledge of RealPage/LRO and One-Site preferred
Bi-lingual is a plus

Nice To Haves

College degree is helpful but not required
Leasing experience is helpful, but not required

Responsibilities

Conduct apartment tours with prospective residents
Complete leasing agent documents and collect rental deposits
Ensure "model" apartments are ready to be shown
Understand lease terms, specifications, and all community policies
Utilize leasing agent sales and closing techniques
Maintain knowledge of the current market, pricing, and community amenities
Maintain contact with apartment locator services and local businesses to keep the community relevant and competitive
Shop local competitor communities
Develop full knowledge of application information, screening processes, and rental policies
Conduct outreach marketing at least once per week
Develop and maintain an ongoing resident retention program to encourage lease renewals
Organize all resident and property files
Handle resident requests and complaints appropriately
Contribute towards the collection of delinquent rents
