About The Position

Tarantino Properties is hiring Leasing Consultants for three apartment communities in San Antonio, Texas, located in the 78217, 78201, and 78218 areas. The company is seeking energetic and customer-focused individuals who enjoy assisting prospective residents in finding their next home and delivering exceptional customer service. While previous leasing experience is advantageous, candidates with strong backgrounds in customer service, retail, hospitality, or sales are encouraged to apply.

Requirements

• Strong customer service skills with a professional and friendly attitude
• Experience with property management software required: OneSite / Knock / BlueMoon
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills

Nice To Haves

• Previous leasing or property management experience preferred
• Spanish-speaking is a plus

Responsibilities

• Provide outstanding customer service to current and prospective residents
• Assist with leasing activities including tours, applications, and follow-ups
• Handle general office duties such as filing, organizing documents, and maintaining resident records
• Manage phone calls, emails, and in-person inquiries in a professional manner
• Process paperwork and maintain accurate files and reports
• Utilize property management software and leasing tools to complete daily tasks
• Support team members with administrative and customer-related tasks as needed
