The role involves guiding prospective residents through the leasing experience, handling administrative tasks such as creating reports, conducting market surveys, preparing rental agreements, and posting advertisements. Responsibilities
- Provide exceptional customer service to ensure residents feel at HOME, well-cared for, and proud to live in the neighborhoods.
- Guide prospective residents through the Ultimate Leasing Experience, making the renting process easy.
- Create Neighborhood reports.
- Conduct market surveys.
- Prepare rental agreements.
- Post apartment advertisements.
- Master the operations of property management.
