The Regional Leasing Consultant will play a vital role in delivering a “white glove” customer experience. This role serves as the first point of contact with all new prospects via phone, email, text, and other avenues, providing exceptional product knowledge and customer service from initial inquiry through booking and tour scheduling. The consultant is responsible for engaging customers, convincing them to book a tour, and meticulously tracking, qualifying, and nurturing leads in Yardi CRM. A crucial aspect of this role is managing a smooth hand-off of the customer to the on-site team for tours, ensuring a positive experience for both the customer and the on-site staff.
