Requirements

5+ years of progressive IT experience in enterprise environments
Strong experience supporting multi-site operations
Manufacturing or plant IT experience strongly preferred
Proven ability to lead projects and coordinate across teams
Active Directory, Windows Server, endpoint management
Microsoft 365 (Exchange, identity, user management)
Networking (LAN/WAN, firewalls, switches, routing)
Hands-on troubleshooting across infrastructure stack

Nice To Haves

Experience with MES / plant systems is a plus

Responsibilities

Oversee day-to-day IT support across multiple plants and offices
Serve as Tier 2/3 escalation for complex technical issues
Ensure consistent service delivery and SLA performance
Drive root cause analysis and long-term issue resolution
Standardize IT processes, tools, and support models across sites
Ensure uptime and reliability of plant systems (MES, traceability, shop floor technology)
Support production-critical infrastructure and connectivity
Oversee Active Directory, Microsoft 365, virtualization, and network infrastructure
Provide leadership and guidance to plant IT support staff
Lead regional IT projects and continuous improvement initiatives
Manage vendors and partner with business stakeholders
Support ISO 27001 and TISAX audit readiness
Maintain documentation, standards, and compliance
