About The Position
Zurich Direct Markets specializes in providing Finance & Insurance (F&I) products to the automotive industry. This role supports the sales efforts in the Atlanta, GA territory, which includes Georgia and potentially parts of other states. The ideal candidate will live within the territory. The Regional Income Development Executives support growth and profitability in an assigned region through sales related to the Finance & Insurance book of business to maintain profitable relationships with new and existing customers.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s Degree and 2 or more years of experience in the sales area OR High School Diploma or Equivalent and 4 or more years of experience in the sales area
- Must live in the territory (Georgia and potentially parts of other states)
- All candidates are subject to a driving record check
Nice To Haves
- Strong knowledge of principles of sales, sales techniques, and sales terminology
- Dealership training experience
- Advanced knowledge of technology within the dealership
- Basic knowledge of all F&I products
- Knowledge of techniques and terminology of warranty claims
- Ability to multi-task
Responsibilities
- Cultivate relationships and assist in driving production in current accounts and obtaining referrals for new F&I business opportunities in the Large Franchised Automotive Dealers space
- Support performance and key initiatives to help drive growth and profitability through ongoing training and development within the dealerships
- Communicate effectively with both internal and external stakeholders via the relevant medium – e-mail/intranet/newsletter to maintain good relationships.
- Attend conferences, seminars, training events and other meetings to promote Zurich’s marketing efforts, as needed
- Understand and respond to changing technology/IT requirements of customer accounts and gain internal buy-in to maintain good relationships.
