About The Position

Zurich is seeking a Regional Income Development Executive to support sales efforts in its West Division, which includes California, Arizona, Oregon, Washington, Utah, Idaho, Colorado, and Nevada. The role focuses on providing Finance & Insurance (F&I) products to the automotive industry, specifically targeting Large Franchised Automotive Dealers. The Regional Income Development Executive will cultivate relationships, drive production in current accounts, and seek referrals for new F&I business opportunities. They will also support performance and key initiatives through training and development within dealerships, communicate effectively with internal and external stakeholders, attend industry events, and adapt to changing technology requirements of customer accounts. The position offers a work-from-home, entrepreneurial atmosphere, a competitive base salary with a generous, uncapped incentive plan, and excellent benefits including a company car.

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s Degree and 2 or more years of experience in the sales area OR High School Diploma or Equivalent and 4 or more years of experience in the sales area
  • Candidate must live in the Western Division (California, Arizona, Oregon, Washington, Utah, Idaho, Colorado and Nevada)
  • All candidates are subject to a driving record check

  • Strong knowledge of principles of sales, sales techniques, and sales terminology

  • Advanced knowledge of technology within the dealership

  • Knowledge of techniques and terminology of warranty claims

Responsibilities

  • Cultivate relationships and assist in driving production in current accounts and obtaining referrals for new F&I business opportunities in the Large Franchised Automotive Dealers space
  • Support performance and key initiatives to help drive growth and profitability through ongoing training and development within the dealerships
  • Communicate effectively with both internal and external stakeholders via the relevant medium – e-mail/intranet/newsletter to maintain good relationships.
  • Attend conferences, seminars, training events and other meetings to promote Zurich’s marketing efforts, as needed
  • Understand and respond to changing technology/IT requirements of customer accounts and gain internal buy-in to maintain good relationships.
