About The Position

This is a Field role, not a remote position. Candidates must already reside in the Orlando, FL metro area. The Regional Team Manager plays a crucial role in managing field resources, primarily by leading the field service technician group. This involves gauging the quality of their work, coordinating their deployment on service projects, and providing coaching and mentoring. As the liaison between the field team and senior leadership, you will communicate issues and propose ideas for improving the work environment. A thorough understanding of restaurant operations, including POS systems, technical concepts, and computer networking (specifically Toast or Square), is required, along with a willingness to learn other platforms. Continuous learning of new features and technologies to enhance personal capabilities within the organization is also expected.

Requirements

  • Must already reside in the Orlando, FL metro area.
  • Thorough understanding of restaurant operations.
  • Thorough understanding of Restaurant POS systems.
  • Thorough understanding of technical concepts.
  • Thorough understanding of computer networking.
  • Experience with Toast or Square POS systems.
  • Willingness to learn other platforms as required.
  • Weekly communication with leadership team.
  • Open door policy for your field team.
  • Proactive weekly engagement with your field team.
  • Ongoing team mentoring and presenting of learning opportunities by shadowing at least one service appointment per week with a team member.
  • Identifying key team members for promotions.
  • Monitor employee labor so as to remain in compliance with state and federal laws.
  • Isolating Team capabilities and weaknesses.
  • Ensure your team is submitting required documentation and clocking in and out in a timely manner.
  • Always striving to build morale and determine ways to grow.
  • Maintain your own projects 3 to 4 days per week.
  • Administer corrective action communications.
